Headbox

It is an open-type Headbox. The material of construction can be M.S or SS304 or SS316 as per customer's requirements. The width size ranges from 1200mm to 3500 mm. It can be used for different grades of paper.

Wire Part

We provide wire parts with Size: upto 30 Feet, Deckle: upto 3500 mm, Speed: maximum 300 m/min. Complete with hydrofoils and table rolls .There are two variants – with and without pneumatic controls.

Press Section

The press section upto 800 mm diameters are manufactured. The width ranging from 1200 mm to 3500 mm. Single felt and Double felt both options are available for all the below variants:-

1. Ventanip Press
2. Plain Press
3. Blind Drill Press

Dryer Section

Drying section with top and bottom felt has 4 variants with respect to material of construction.

1. C.I. Frames & C.I. Dryers
2. M.S Frames & M.S Dryers
3. C.I Frames & M.S Dryers
4. M.S Frames & C.I. Dryers.

M.G. Cylinder

The cylinder is made up of M.S or C.I. The maximum size of cylinders from C.I. is 3660 mm dia. x 3400 FL. The speed of these cylinders can be up to 30 m/min. The frames would be in M.S or C.I as required.

The maximum size of Cylinders from M.S plate is 4200 mm dia. x 4000 FL. The speed of these cylinders can be maximum up to 200 m/min. The frames would be in M.S.

The two variants are - with or without rope arrangement.

Pope Reel

Main Drum is in M.S or C.I frames. The Pneumatic Cylinders are with panels.
