Super Pulper

The Tub, Impeller and screen plate of the super pulper are in SS304. It has a changeable blade in the rotor, as a result of which one need not change the Pulper just to change the worn out rotor. This pulper also consumes less power comparatively.

H.D.Cleaner

It is available in two variants - with and without timer operated reject valve. The material of construction can be SS304 or SS316 as per customer's requirements.

L.D.Cleaner

The material of construction can be SS304 or SS316 as per customer's requirements.

Agitators

The body of the agitators is from C.I. It has an SS rotor blade with angle setting facility. This helps to reduce the load in the chest.

Tin Chest

The material of construction is usually SS304 or Mild Steel. We can assemble at the customer's site in just half-a-day.

Thickener

The rod is in SS304 or Brass. The end and the middle rings in C.I. or SS304 with an EN-8 shaft. The shaft is shrink fit in the pipe. Vat in SS or M.S and with or without pressure roll. The consistency for thickener with pressure roll is 0.5% - 4% while for thickener without pressure roll is 0.5% - 8%.

The refiner is with 3 discs.
